Has Shipbuilding Capacity Become a Strategic Geopolitical Asset?

Focus:  Shipbuilding capacity as a pillar of industrial competitiveness, strategic autonomy, and maritime security: starting from strategic independence and naval shipbuilding, how industrial policy, investment, and innovation can strengthen Europe’s capacity to design and build the vessels of the future. An opening address by a senior defense figure, introductory remarks by the CEO of a classification society, and a keynote by the CEO of a leading European shipbuilding group lead into a panel with senior representatives of the US Administration and of the Italian Navy and European naval and commercial shipbuilders.

For:  Shipyards, shipowners, equipment and technology suppliers, governments, and investors.
